Health

Weight-wise, I know I'm not healthy. My current weight is 210, which makes my BMI 31.9, by the end of this year, I want to get down to 135, which would make my BMI 20.5.
I want to see more toning and definition in my body.
I need to fuel my body with better foods, and increase activity, restarting a walking regimen would be good for that, and once a week trips to the YMCA to utilize their equipment room could also work.

As of right now, I average 3-4 packs of cigarettes a week, by July I'd like to be down to 1 pack a week, by December have cigarettes be mostly eradicated from my life.
